  Every time I fill my family's prescriptions here the SAME lady says she needs my prescription card to process it after I come pick it up EACH time. So I can't just pick up the meds and go, I have to pull up the info on my app (since I don't receive cards). I always ask her if she can just pull it up in the system like the other locations do and she says "no" which is a lie or she doesn't know what she's doing. She also has a pretty poor attitude. They'll also wait until you pick up your prescription to tell you they don't have it. They should either look it up first before you drive off or give you a curtesy call.
